You can become a member or renew your membership by using the “Add Cart” button or the Membership Form. To use the “Add Cart” button, first use the dropdown menu to select the correct type of membership, add your name and email ID, and then selection the “Add Cart” button. This will take you to a PayPal Webpage where you will need to Log In and complete the payment information.

- Lifetime (One Time) – $300.00
- Business (Annual) – $50.00
- Family (Annual) – $25.00
- Individual (Annual) – $15.00
- Senior Couple – 65+ (Annual) – $20.00
- Senior – 65+ (Annual) – $10.00
A donation to the SAHS supports the work that will be done on behalf of the community to preserve and share local history. SAHS is a 100% volunteer non-profit.
Another option to join SAHS is to use one of the forms below by printing it (select the form below or the link below it), completing it and mailing it and a check to the SAHS.
The Salem Area Historical Society is governed by its By-Laws which where last updated in May 2019.
The Salem Area Historical Society is governed by a Board consisting of five positions. These positions are described in the By-Laws and in the following files.
All of these positions are for one year and are self-nominating through the SAHS Nominating Committee.
